What You'll Do:

• Provide emergency medical care at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital and regional critical access facilities
• Manage a diverse caseload with an admission rate of about 20%
• Collaborate with APCs and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
• Cover shifts with flexibility, including some overlap or double coverage as needed
• Utilize standard EM systems and protocols to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain documentation and comply with hospital policies and guidelines

What You Need:

• Wisconsin medical license or eligibility
• Current certification in BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• 1+ year of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
