We’re looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Producer or Executive Producer to be responsible for delivering best-in-class digital executions and overseeing multiple high-impact client engagements. Leveraging your deep understanding of the digital landscape, you will guide both internal teams and clients through the complex project lifecycle. Beyond delivery, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, a mentor to our production team, and a driving force behind new business cultivation.

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for a variety of digital projects, including strategy, websites, e-commerce, apps, systems, and products.
\n
• Scope Management: Define project scope of work, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
\n
• Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and manage daily tasks, and create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
\n
• Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including producers, designers, developers, QA specialists, and external resources.
\n
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
\n
• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
\n
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
\n
• Process Improvement: Drive process optimization and adherence. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.
\n
• Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations, multiple demands, and competing priorities with finesse. Serve as a point of escalation for client projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
\n
• New Business: Manage new business opportunities and establish project approaches and scopes for new engagements.
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 8+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency setting.
\n
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
\n
• Experience managing a variety of digital projects, including websites, e-commerce, and system designs.
\n
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
\n
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
\n
• Ability to manage client expectations, multiple demands, and competing priorities.
\n
• Ability to own and execute projects from conception to completion, including scheduling, task assignment, progress tracking, and status reporting.
\n
• Experience in organizing project schedules, including task lists, dependencies, milestones, and review meetings.
\n
• Experience in managing project financials, including estimates, budget tracking, and revenue.
\n
• Ability to manage project resources within a matrix organization.
\n
• Skill in managing project risk and developing mitigation plans.
\n
• Ability to manage trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost.
\n
• Experience in managing project scope, including statements of work, requirements documentation, change requests, and maintenance logs.
\n
• Deep digital experience, understanding of best practices, and project management methodologies.
\n
• Ability to work independently and drive every phase of the project lifecycle.
\n
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
\n
• Comfortable overseeing large interactive projects with major sub-projects or programs of interrelated projects.
