Collision Center Estimator

We are currently seeking a Collision Center Estimator to join our team. The Collision Center Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate repair estimates for customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Potential to make $65,000- $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and identify necessary repairs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines, costs, and any additional work required.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain approval for repairs and provide necessary documentation.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and update customers on any changes or delays.
• Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards and in compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, estimates, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Collision Center Estimator or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, parts, and materials.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard estimating software.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
