Job Summary As a Scheduler, you will report to the Director of Staffing & Analysis for one of Inter‑Con Security’s largest clients. Your focus will be on supporting scheduling operations for our most critical resources: security guards. Duties / Responsibilities Manage daily scheduling operation and administrative functions Support client requests for additional services and change requests Communicate with officers efficiently and quickly to address gaps in scheduled hours Provide frequent updates to the Operations Manager regarding potential issues with scheduled hours, staffing deficiencies, and client requests Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve scheduling operations capabilities and responsiveness Leverage available systems to optimize scheduling and reduce operational costs Qualifications / Required Skills / Abilities Experience with MS Office Suite Excellent customer‑service skills Ability to interact within Inter‑Con’s corporate environment and communicate effectively with all levels of management Must be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict deadlines Excellent time‑management, organization, and multi‑tasking skills Team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude Sense of urgency Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus College degree strongly desirable Scheduling background Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Requires near and far vision for reading correspondence and using the computer, and acute hearing when providing phone and counter service to the public Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
