Night Supervisor

Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) As the highest‑level clinical authority on duty overnight, the Night Supervisor ensures resident safety, supervises care teams, and maintains medication and documentation standards. What You’ll Do Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies Supervise caregivers and medication staff Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families What We’re Looking For Active RN or LPN license in good standing Graduate of an approved nursing program 1+ year experience in senior care or a clinical setting Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $28.35 - $35.55 per hour.
