Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in clinical status.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
  
  
• 
  Document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
  
  
• 
  Comply with all safety and compliance standards, including holiday staffing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a neuro or acute care setting.
  
  
• 
  Current AHA BLS & NIH Certifications; AHA ACLS preferred.
  
  
• 
  Valid RN license in applicable state.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work flexible schedule, including holidays as required.
