Our distinguished list of clients including SC Johnson, Abbott Laboratories and Unilever. We manufacture total packaging solutions including:**Closures:** We manufacture a variety of decorative food and metal vacuum sealed closures, metal and composite closures, capping systems for glass and plastic container manufacturers.**Aerosol Packaging**: We manufacture cans and ends for manufacturers of personal care, food, household and industrial products. We offer our customers a broad range of products including multiple sizes, color schemes and shaped packaging.**Promotional and Specialty Packaging:**We manufacture a wide array of decorative containers with numerous lid and closure variations.Here is your chance to join the CAPP Division.Job Accountabilities**Location: Faribault, Minnesota****Benefits:**Crown offers a generous starting wage of $31.03, 401K, employee stock purchase plan, pension plan, a tuition reimbursement program for all employees, and more! Second shift is offered a 45-cent differential and third shift is offered a 40-cent differential. This a a progression job, with increases after every 1,000 hours worked.**Job Accountabilities:**The Maintainer will be responsible for setting up, adjust, repair, overhaul, perform preventive maintenance, quality adjustment checks, and evaluate can line equipment as required to maintain standard quality and quantity production.* Has primary responsibility for safe mechanical performance of line and standard production output.* Disassemble, replace, reassemble, inspect, and maintain assigned machinery and equipment as required.* Measure and record all can dimensions against specifications. Maintain records of production, quality and other related records as directed.* Troubleshoot mechanical issues; perform mechanical repairs and maintenance for production equipment.* Has primary responsibility for safety for all areas of assigned duties.* The successful candidate will be required to complete an 4,000-hour training program to be fully qualified as a Maintainer. We offer our customers a broad range of products including multiple sizes, color schemes and shaped packaging.**Promotional and Specialty Packaging:**We manufacture a wide array of decorative containers with numerous lid and closure variations.Here is your chance to join the CAPP Division.**Job Requirements\**** Must be 18 years or older.* Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift between 10 lbs. - 50 lbs.* Stand at workstation for duration of scheduled shift, which may exceed 8 hours per day.* Ability to perform basic math.* Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.* Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.* Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.* Ability to work cooperatively with others.* Must have verifiable mechanical, technical aptitude and experience.* Must pass basic Ramsay Mechanical Aptitude Test.* Must pass basic Minimizer Test.* Must have ability to read and utilize micrometers, vernier calipers, etc.* Must be motivated and prepared to participate in S.P.C. projects and functions.Satisfactory progress during progression schedule is necessary for continuation in the training program.
