Were looking for a motivated, people-oriented professional who enjoys talking with others, building relationships, and working toward clear goals. Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment is helpful but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $40,000 base salary + $250 per hire in recruiting incentives, with an unlimited earning potential.

What Youll Do

• Connect with prospective professional drivers and CDL students by phone
• Respond to inquiries and conduct initial applicant screenings
• Build relationships and keep candidates engaged throughout the process
• Guide candidates through application, screening, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Coordinate required appointments and arrival details
• Partner with internal teams to move candidates through the hiring process
• Work toward weekly and quarterly recruiting goals
