Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) to join our dynamic Residential team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our residents. Satisfying our residents depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.

The Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) provides valet parking service to the residences and manages personal deliveries. We are looking for a Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) that will recognize our residents, establish connections and be present on our front drive.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An anticipatory mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to recognize residents, learn preferences and build trusted relationships
• Resourcefulness and willingness to take ownership of resident requests
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and adapt as operational needs change
• Professional judgment and respect for resident privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative Residential team
• Ability to safely operate resident and guest vehicles, including manual transmission
• Valid State of Texas driver's license
• Work authorization in the United States
