In this role, you'll be at the forefront of guiding a talented technical team, directly influencing enterprise-level solution designs and shaping the future of how our global customers adopt innovative Trimble technologies.

Key exciting responsibilities:

• Empower and mentor a collaborative team of solution architects, fostering professional growth and establishing design best practices.
• Oversee the architecture of complex enterprise solutions, ensuring they align perfectly with product capabilities, security standards, and scalability requirements.
• Partner strategically with sales and customer experience teams to support key accounts, translate business challenges into practical solutions, and participate in high-impact technical workshops.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with product management and engineering to communicate critical customer feedback and actively influence the future product roadmap.
• Define and optimize scalable processes for team engagements, tracking success metrics to continuously drive innovation in solution delivery.

Essential skills & experience:

• Proven experience leading or managing technical teams, with a strong background in solution architecture, systems engineering, or related enterprise roles.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and system integration.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to translate complex technical needs for diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Bonus points for:

• Background working with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS solutions and certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF.

Location: Lake Oswego, OR, Westminster, CO, Alpharetta, GA /In Office

Travel requirement: Up to 30%

Compensate: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring range: $122,500.00–$168,400.00
