Responsibilities Maintain high customer satisfaction. Help the team overcome objections, close sales, and follow the sales process. Address and resolve customer issues and concerns. Secure finance or lease approvals for customers. Demonstrate a strong ability to close. Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity. Qualifications Previous dealership and management experience. Team player. Strong leadership skills. Attention to detail. High energy. Strong people skills. Lead with your feet, not in your seat. Ability to learn new technology systems easily. Knowledge of the used car market. Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
