Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Acute Care - $41-55 per hour

Select Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in Long Term Acute Care. The role is full‑time with 12‑hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) and compensation ranging from $40.85 to $55.00 per hour, based on experience. A sign‑on bonus of $15,000.00 is offered. Job Overview Location: Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: Staff (ongoing) Responsibilities Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit. Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment. Document patient information timely and accurately using appropriate systems. Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry. Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events. Instruct and counsel patients and families. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License. BLS certification required at hire. ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
