Credentialing Specialist/Registrar

We are hiring Credentialing Specialist/Registrar to support a newly awarded Department of the Labor (DOL) contract, staffing centers in multiple cities. The Registrar performs identity-proofing and enrollment activities required to issue secure federal PIV credentials. This role ensures proper identity verification, collection of biometric data, and compliance with federal credentialing standards. What You'll Do

• Conduct identity proofing for federal employees and contractors.
• Collect biometric and biographic data, including fingerprints and photographs.
• Review and validate identity source documents (driver's license, passport, etc.).
• Issue and update PIV credentials; unblock or replace cards as needed.
• Register PIV cards into Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
• Receive and process credential terminations upon employee separation.

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience (including 1 year of technical support), OR 5 years of office support experience.
• Ability to complete required USAccess Registrar training and maintain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when handling sensitive personal data.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Eligibility to work on a federal government contract at an onsite credentialing center.
