Ideal candidates are certified social workers (310 Cert required), with experience in school settings and a deep understanding of student advocacy. In this role, you will work collaboratively with educators, administrators, students, and their families to foster a positive learning atmosphere and promote student well-being.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active 310 Social Work Certification (required)
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate and consult with educational staff and families
• Skilled at providing individual and group counseling
• High level of organization and professionalism

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing social, emotional, and behavioral support to students on-site
• Collaborating with educational staff to create and implement intervention plans
• Conducting assessments and developing strategies to address student needs
• Leading and participating in team meetings regarding student welfare
• Serving as an advocate for students’ mental health within the school community
• Working closely with families to connect them with resources and support services
