Project Manager Assistant

Overview Seeking a detail-oriented PMA construction professional to support its estimating and preconstruction efforts. This role focuses on proposal support, coordination tasks, and assisting the estimator with day-to-day activities during the pursuit phase of projects. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to the Estimating team during bid and proposal efforts Assist with preparation and organization of RFP and proposal responses Coordinate ordering and tracking of bid and performance bonds Support the estimator with administrative and preconstruction tasks Assist with quantity takeoffs and basic estimating support as needed Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff during bid preparation Help organize bid files and documentation for awarded projects Qualifications Prior experience as a PMA, Project Engineer, or construction support role Exposure to estimating or preconstruction environments preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable supporting multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction software experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Butterfly Staffing
