Litigation Associate

Burkhalter Kessler Clement & George LLP is seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience. Our litigation practice focuses on complex business litigation, employment defense, real estate litigation, investment litigation, and auto-dealership related matters. This position offers the opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a well-respected trial firm handling a diverse mix of matters with substantial case responsibility. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills, great attention to detail, outstanding research and writing skills, and a desire to work in a team environment. Requirements:

· Top standing ABA school required
