Assistant Human Resources Manager
As an Assistant Human Resources Manager at ARAMARK in the Hospitality & Travel industry, you will support HR and Talent Management across diverse client sites. You'll partner with leaders to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and training for frontline and management teams. This role helps ensure compliance, safety, and fair practices while promoting Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, inclusivity, and respect. Responsibilities
- Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations for hospitality and facilities teams
- Partner with leaders on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Advise managers and employees on policies, performance, and employee relations
- Coordinate training, engagement, and recognition programs
- Maintain HRIS records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support benefits, leaves, and safety initiatives aligned with Aramark standards
