The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions, with a strong focus on employee relations, workplace investigations, and policy compliance. This role partners with employees and management to foster a positive work environment, ensure consistent application of HR practices, and support the overall employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. - Serve as a primary contact for employee concerns, complaints, and workplace conflicts
- Conduct timely, thorough, and objective workplace investigations
- Document findings, interviews, and recommendations in accordance with company standards
- Advise managers on corrective action, performance issues, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Support termination, disciplinary, and performance improvement processes
- Identify trends in employee relations issues and recommend preventive strategies

- Support full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Support performance review processes and goal setting initiatives
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Participate in HR projects, training initiatives, and policy updates
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist or Employee Relations experience
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience conducting workplace investigations preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification
- Experience in both union and non-union environments (if applicable)
- HRIS experience (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.)
- Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a broader HR team
