Ideally, they are looking for someone who enjoys working as a team, has a good attitude and a willingness to work hard. This fast-paced job gives you the opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion.Responsibilities would include overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects. Your job would involve working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and specifications.Some of the specific duties of an HVAC Project Manager may include:Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and schedulesCoordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budgetConducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of workPreparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with local building codes and regulationsSupervising project team members and providing guidance and support as neededIdentifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategiesConducting project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the clientOverall, as a HVAC Project Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that HVAC projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 + Excellent Benefits
