Project Administrator

Golterman & Sabo is looking for an Entry Level Project Administrator. We are an employee- owned (ESOP) company that manufactures specialty acoustical products and works as a subcontractor. Our offices are located in Kirkwood, and we have served clients across North America for over 75 years. Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries and ship dates. Learn Bluebeam Plan Review software. Compile and check production work orders. Collaborate with project managers on project-specific tasks. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and able to multitask. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with attention to detail. Solid ability to work within deadlines. Problem- solving skills.
