Open Positions! Loan Officer Trainee (Downtown, Los Angeles) Responsibilities Comply with the Bank's established loan policies. Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits. Communicate with clients to respond to requests or provide information. Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field. No prior banking experience required. Bilingual in English and Korean preferred. Solid understanding of lending products and practices. Full-time position. Base hourly range: $25 - $28 Mortgage Loan Closing/Servicing Assistant (Los Angeles) Responsibilities Assist closing officer for loan document preparation, review loan document, document upload and loan funding. Perform daily loan servicing duties including, but not limited to, daily report review, data entry, payment processing, loan account maintenance, loan payoffs, daily GL reconciliations. Track documents including insurance, collateral documents, and title policies. Provide customer service to borrowers and branch personnel with loan-related inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2+ years in mortgage loan drawing, funding, post-closing, or related experience required. Prepare mortgage loan documents and closing disclosures. Review closing packages for completeness and accuracy and assign funding conditions. Review and confirm all funding conditions are satisfied prior to funding. Act as a liaison between escrow agents, title companies, branches, brokers, and settlement teams. Respond promptly to closing-related questions from internal and external stakeholders. Advanced knowledge with state and federal regulations and responsibility for compliance. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's Degree, prefer business major with accounting and finance emphasis with good working knowledge of accounting, business law and commercial loan legal documentation. Two or more years banking/financial services experience preferred. SBA or commercial lending experience preferred. Oral/written communication and interpersonal skills necessary in order to negotiate with and persuade commercial borrowers and/or legal counsel and to interact with Bank management. Proficient PC skills, including spreadsheet applications. Bilingual in Korean. Base hourly range: $23 - $36.06 SBA Loan/Operation Assistant (Los Angeles) Responsibilities Support the lending team by managing the administrative, processing, and servicing tasks for SBA loans. Manage borrower compliance with loan agreements, tracking financial reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with SBA lending regulations, bank policies, and assist in preparing files for audits. Monitor and manage post-closing tasks such as insurance tracking, loan modification, and portfolio monitoring. Prepare monthly SBA loan production and sales reports. Respond to inquiries from borrowers regarding payments, payoff requests, and loan statements while assisting loan officers. Reconcile general ledger accounts and manage data in core systems. Understand SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation standards. High School diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication and written skills in English, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in desktop technical support, infrastructure support, systems administration or similar technical roles. Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory OS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, FTP, Microsoft 365, and basic server troubleshooting. Solid grasp of IT and Information Security concepts, methodologies, and trends. Strong troubleshooting, communication and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to lift computers and other equipment up to 50 lbs. Base hourly range: $70K - 85K SBA Loan Officer (Los Angeles - SBA Department) Responsibilities Analyze cash flow, liquidity, profitability, leverage and other financial ratios and be able to come to various conclusions, including evaluation of collateral and other relevant credit information. Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits. Recommend or deny loan requests. Monitor loan covenants and conditions per loan agreement and report any violation to manager. Collect loan accounts and overdraft information. Conduct site visits and on-site interviews. Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines. Communicate with clients to requests or to provide information. Monitoring and evaluating credit to identify and mitigate potential risks. Solid understanding of lending products and practices. Base hourly range: $24.00 - $40.00 Customer Service Representative (Los Angeles) Responsibilities Verify and process changes to existing accounts. Conduct daily customer service tasks. Assist customers by answering questions and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. Responsible for opening new accounts. Qualifications / Requirements Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong sense of responsibility with effective, professional customer communication. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. Bilingual in English & Korean required. Experience preferred but not required. Full-time position. Base hourly range: $24.00 - $27.00 Human Resources Coordinator (Los Angeles) Responsibilities Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation. Conduct or assist with new employee orientation, onboarding and termination. Maintain HR documents within personnel files and update important employment records for hiring and terminations. Utilize ADP to review time sheets and wage computation of over 250 employees to calculate and process payroll. Assist in explaining and providing information on employee benefits. Respond to all inquiries and requests employees may have regarding policies, benefits and other general HR questions. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of 1 year or more of relevant experience in Human Resources. Experience in ADP Workforce Now preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
