POSITION: HR AssistantSALARY: $20.00-$25.00/HourLocation: Multiple locations in ColoradoAvailability: Part-Time/Full-TimeDeadline To Submit Resume: August 21st, 2026JOB DESCRIPTION:A Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager by monitoring benefits, investigating employee complaints, reviewing accidents, and managing communications for the HR department. Additional duties may include managing unemployment responses, auditing employee files, monitoring state and federal compliance, and administrating performance reviews or special projects.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources ManagerCompiling and updating employee recordsProperly handle complaints and grievance procedures in a timely mannerProcess documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activitiesCoordinate and administer HR projectsProcess employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist Payroll Department by providing relevant dataConduct Interviews and Make Hiring DecisionsREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:1 – 2 years of administrative experienceSome experience in human resources, management, payroll, or complianceBasic Knowledge of Labor LawsMaintains ConfidentialityDisplays leadership when working with PeopleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsTechnical skills (Email, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Reliable Transportation (Travel Requires)Flexible AvailabilityPREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:BilingualSome College EducationMcDonalds Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr McDonald’s
