Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to ER patients using the nursing process from assessment through discharge.
- Perform ongoing assessment, formulate care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately in the patient record.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff and ensure adherence to standards of care.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy while applying critical thinking and professional judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 1+ year ER nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work a night-shift schedule (12-hour shifts) in a high-acuity environment
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Eligibility to work in the United States and current ability to fulfill assignment requirements
