Job Description Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse to provide specialized care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. This role involves supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced maternity unit. Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients, monitoring fetal and maternal well-being.
- Circulate in the OR during cesarean sections, ensuring sterile technique and procedural support.
- Assist with postpartum and couplet care to promote patient recovery and bonding.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, procedures, and interventions in the EMR system.
- Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- Valid RN license and current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications.
- Proven ability to circulate in the OR during cesarean procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holiday shifts in a fast-paced setting.
