Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking for a reliable and motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician (Level II) to join our team. Your work makes a direct impact on our residents and community.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall community appeal, satisfied customers through quick response and quality make readies. Working as a team to reduce costs and find innovative ways to build value. This includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and HVAC work!ResponsibilitiesComplete resident service requests in a timely and professional mannerAssist with apartment turns to prepare homes for new residentsPerform general maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, painting, and repairsConduct daily property walks and assist with community upkeepWork closely with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks and meet daily goalsEnsure a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and customer service throughout the communityWe are hiring for two roles currently - pay range scaled for those with HVAC experienceOn-call and renewal bonuses are not included in the hourly wageSalary range includes hourly based on experience, plus bonusesA Day in the LifeEach day begins with a brief maintenance meeting with your supervisor to review daily goals and assignments. After a quick property walk and clean-up, service requests and apartment turns are assigned based on skill set.
