We are seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time position, with part-time options available. This role requires a compassionate professional who is skilled in working with patients of all ages, educating them on proper dental hygiene, and effectively communicating treatment options presented by the dentist. Title RDH for Montana Job Description Provide thorough dental hygiene care to patients of all ages Educate patients on proper dental hygiene practices and oral health maintenance Explain treatment plans and options clearly and compassionately as outlined by the dentist Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Collaborate effectively with dental team members to ensure high-quality patient care Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current with dental hygiene best practices Salary Range full-time $40 - $45 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
