Presentation Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Presentation Designer to create clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations that support business, communication, and storytelling objectives. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in PowerPoint and visual communication, with a strong eye for design and the ability to transform complex information into polished, easy-to-understand presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Translate complex information, data, and ideas into clear and engaging visual stories.
• Develop compelling slide layouts, charts, diagrams, infographics, timelines, and other visual elements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across presentations and other visual communications.
• Extend design expertise to the design and user experience of SharePoint Online sites and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, communications, leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and audience needs.
• Improve existing presentations by refining content hierarchy, visual flow, layouts, and overall design.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint templates, slide libraries, and presentation standards.
• Develop and implement design standards for SharePoint Online, ensuring visual consistency and usability.
• Ensure presentations and digital content are accurate, polished, visually consistent, and ready for delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in: Visual Communications, Presentation Design, Graphic Design, Related design disciplines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of Visual communication, Typography, Layout and composition, Color theory, and Information hierarchy
• Experience transforming complex information into compelling visual stories.
• Experience creating Infographics, Data visualizations, Charts, and Diagrams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong presentation and visual communication work.
• Portfolio must include examples of digital platform design or SharePoint Online contributions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting HR or internal communications teams.
• Experience creating branded presentation templates and design systems.
• Familiarity with HR communications and organizational presentations.
• Experience designing and managing content within SharePoint Online.
• Experience with content management systems and digital collaboration platforms.
