Site Coordinator - Temporary

Overview The Site Coordinator - Temporary will be responsible for maintaining excellent client communication, in addition to managing and performing services provided on-site in a highly professional legal environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management and communication skills, in addition to 1-2+ years’ experience managing relevant office services. This is a temporary position that is estimated to last until 8/25/2026. After completion of the assignment, employee will be evaluated for other potential opportunities with IST Management Services. Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility for additional attendance pending workloads Location Los Angeles CA Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, Identity Theft Protection, Pet Insurance, and Bonus Incentives Compensation $28.00 - 30.00, dependent on experience Responsibilities The Site Coordinator - Temporary will be responsible for managing and performing business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include: Directs and oversees mailroom activities Ensures the coordinated delivery of copy and print services Responsible for a budget covering all business support operations Develops new procedures to improve the operation of the site and to lower operating costs Manages department vendor relationships and contracts Manages, trains, and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction Tasks as assigned to support client and site needs Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management skills, have 1-2+ years’ experience managing relevant office services.
