Events Coordinator

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting virtual events in a full-time capacity, the Events Coordinator will assist Program Organizers, troubleshoot participant issues, and propose improvements to enhance participant completion while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide first-level support for Program Organizers during events, addressing questions and escalating issues as necessary Collaborate with the Events Manager to lead check-in calls and ensure effective communication throughout event shifts Monitor event quality and participant engagement, offering feedback and suggestions for improvements to enhance overall program effectiveness Required qualifications Leadership or Team Captain experience preferred, especially in managing volunteers or part-time staff Strong communication skills with a focus on motivating and supporting team members Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities Experience in data-driven decision-making to improve event execution Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
