A caregiver provides compassionate, personalized care and support to individuals who need assistance due to age, illness, disability, or recovery from surgery. The caregiver helps clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while ensuring their health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs.

• Remind clients to take medications as directed.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise when appropriate.

• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean living environment.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities.

• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or mental condition to family members or healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate records of care provided and daily activities.

• Follow all safety procedures and respect client confidentiality.
