This role operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves patients in hospice care, many of whom present with complex emotional and mental health challenges associated with terminal illnesses. You will work closely with both patients and their family members to address their individual needs, providing guidance and support during one of life’s most challenging times. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus performance bonuses based on the attainment of clinical and organizational goals.
