Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify individual needs, concerns, and goals within the hospice context.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique psychosocial challenges faced by clients and their families during end-of-life stages.

• Provide expert individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited for grief and adjustment issues.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses and physicians, to create and implement comprehensive care strategies that respect clients' wishes and enhance their overall well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and progress notes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to refine your skills and stay updated on current best practices in social work and hospice care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work specifically with individuals nearing the end of life, as well as their families, addressing mental health challenges such as grief, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
