Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, contributing to holistic care planning.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as individual, family, and group therapy through established evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary, providing safety planning to protect client well-being.

• Conduct engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to enhance client coping strategies and communal support.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
