Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients, determining their mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment protocols, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and implement integrated treatment plans tailored to client-specific goals.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to empower clients and build community amongst participants.

• Provide crisis intervention, comprehensive risk assessments, and create safety plans whenever required to ensure client wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical practices and legal standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
