Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and support systems, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all client interactions are properly recorded.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeduation classes, and support groups to build community among clients and create a space for shared experience and healing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
