Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing clinicians to provide care while supporting clients in the comfort of their environments. However, you will also engage with clients directly in various community settings. Regular team meetings and case discussions will facilitate ongoing education and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• As a clinician, directly assess, diagnose, and treat clients with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers, ensuring integrated care.

• Participate actively in crisis intervention efforts to manage high-risk situations effectively and support clients through transitions.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and brief evidence-based screenings to assess client needs and progress, referring them for more extensive assessments when necessary.

• Monitor and document client progress concerning treatment goals, ensuring timely reports and adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular team collaborations to share insights, improve practices, and enhance service delivery, contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintain a caseload effectively while offering therapy services through individual, group, and family therapy modalities tailored to client needs.

• Ensure on-call coverage as needed to support client needs outside of regular hours.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program and a current LCSW license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
