Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions, providing clients with evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to their unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to achieve specific therapeutic goals, ensuring that clients are actively involved in their recovery.

• Evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health needs through thorough assessments, utilizing diagnostic skills to identify conditions and create responsive treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of recent experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Experience working with patients who are dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions, especially related to hospice care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
