Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to specific needs and desired outcomes.

  Engage in ongoing evaluations of patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies and interventions as necessary to enhance well-being and address any emerging concerns.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information using current technologies aligning with regulatory standards.

  Serve as a vital liaison between patients and other healthcare providers, coordinating referrals and ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
