Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or industrial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, field personnel, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.Manage procurement of materials and equipment to meet project timelines.Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, billing, forecasting, and profitability.Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.Support field Superintendents and Foremen with manpower planning and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, NEC requirements, and company quality expectations.Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience in electrical construction.Experience managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, data center, or institutional electrical projects.Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and construction processes.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, Viewpoint, or similar).Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.Journeyman Electrician license or field experience is a plus.Preferred SkillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent client-facing communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven leadership and team-building experience.High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering quality projects.What We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysCell phone and laptopProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesStable backlog of work with a respected electrical contractorThe ideal Electrical Project Manager is a relationship-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
