Contract Analyst

This role is responsible for performing contract administration activities to support accurate billing, accounting, and operational execution. The position ensures timely and accurate setup, maintenance, and validation of contract and billing data within ERP and contract management systems. For more information, visit Minimum QualificationsAssociate’s degree or higher preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, and/or contract administrationAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong process orientation and accountabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)High level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within a team environment and support peers as neededDemonstrated flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilitiesPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standardsExperience with financial controls and SOX compliance requirementsExperience working with large ERP systems (JDE, Oracle Financials preferred)Experience with ServiceNow and Corrigo platformsExperience in contract review and contract management processesAbility to effectively leverage AI tools and prompts to enhance productivity, improve data accuracy, and support workflow efficiency is a plusExperience presenting information to key stakeholders and leadership audiencesKey ResponsibilitiesIndependently perform day-to-day contract administration duties, including:Contract setup, amendment and modificationsStakeholder communications as related to contract set upAudit responseContract accuracy auditsReview and process ServiceNow tickets related to contract and job setup/maintenanceConduct timely reviews and setup of contracts and contract amendmentsVerify contract information within the Contract Management System (CMS) to ensure accuracy and completenessSet up billing plans in ERP systems upon receipt of approved contractsReview initial invoices for accuracy and ensure proper processing within ERP systemsAssist in compiling billing documentation and support quarterly audit activitiesFacilitate required ServiceNow forms for job setup and ongoing maintenanceMaintain a strong sense of urgency in addressing internal and external customer needsSupport special projects and perform additional duties as assignedEducate key stakeholders of process changes and updatesPeer training as requiredFull timePosting Date: 2026-09-10
