Our client, a dedicated government agency committed to serving the community, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Call Center Associate to join their team. As a Call Center Associate, you will be an essential part of the Voter Services Department supporting voter engagement and record management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Call Center Associate

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Standard 8:00am 5:00pm with flexibility for earlier, later, and weekend hours

What's the Job?

• Process voter record changes and updates accurately and efficiently
• Respond to voter inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all voter interactions
• Assist in supporting voter registration and information dissemination efforts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and effective voter services operation

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of direct customer service or call center experience, or an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures
• Proficiency in computer use and adaptability to new software programs
• Efficient typing skills with attention to detail when entering data
• Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written
