Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling and therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use issues, formulating comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security.

• Provide ongoing care management for clients with a range of mental health conditions, facilitating their recovery and progress towards personal goals.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, contributing to a collegial atmosphere and collaborative decision-making within the team.

• Utilize intervention strategies to manage a diverse client caseload, effectively addressing varying needs and treatment requirements.

You will be working with a diverse population, from adolescents to adults, who are grappling with mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating knowledge and practical skills in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills that foster trust and build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, assess client needs, and propose effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While the basic qualifications are essential, experience with trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and group therapy facilitation is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also beneficial as it enhances efficiency in documentation and client tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n
