Maintenance Engineer I

Engineer 1Feather Falls Casino is seeking motivated individuals to join the Maintenance team. Experience the premier place to work in all of Northern California.Under general supervision, performs a variety of custodial and repair tasks in the maintenance of buildings and facilities: performs other related work as required. This class differs from that of Laborer in that incumbents perform more difficult and more diverse maintenance tasks in addition to general labor duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Performs basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical and painting tasks to maintain and repair the facility, such as replacing or adjusting plumbing fixtures, adjusting doors, repairing fixtures and furniture, replacing electrical fixtures, repairing electrical outlets, patching and painting interior and exterior walls, adjusting heating and ventilation systems, etc.Performs routine manual tasks as requested, such as replacing air conditioning filters, assembling furniture and equipment, hanging pictures or shelves, changing light bulbs, etc.Performs general custodial tasks not performed by Housekeeping, such as any cleaning inside the casino over 6' in height, pressure cleaning of kitchen equipment, and exterior cleaning of casino grounds.Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.No supervisory responsibilities.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
