The candidate must live within 30 minutes of the community due to the on-call rotation requirement.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent requiredTwo years of related experience preferredFormal or on-the-job training in plumbing, electrical, painting, maintenance, carpentry and general repair preferredValid Driver's License requiredExpectations and Responsibilities:Repairs and maintains physical structure and systems of community.Maintains community grounds; may include lawn mowing, trimming, snow removal.Completes all assigned maintenance work orders.Repairs and maintains electrical and utility systems.Performs preventative maintenance.Maintains safety systems; such as: fire alarms, nurse call systems, security).Able to work independently or as part of a team.Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions.Capacity to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve.
