Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to clients, adhering to best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance for client files as per legal standards and organizational policies.

• Play an integral role in the intern recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding procedures aligned with our agency's goals.

• Engage in regular program and agency meetings to stay informed about updates and participate in training opportunities to enhance professional development.

• Prepare comprehensive reports requested by the Director to monitor program effectiveness.
\n
• Oversee accurate and timely data entry into the AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

• Plan and coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, promoting our internship programs.
\n
• Facilitate training and workshops, ensuring interns meet their educational requirements and comply with policies.
\n
• Evaluate intern performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and participating in retention strategies.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation via in-person and remote communication to assist in crisis and non-crisis situations.
\n
• Ensure that the virtual workspace remains organized and report any technical or safety issues promptly.
\n
• Contribute to achieving all clinical program objectives and maintain service delivery standards.
\n
• Collaborate with Centralized Intake and school site contacts to assess and monitor intern workloads effectively.
\n
• Take part in auditing processes and quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with documentation protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily engage with students and their families, addressing a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n
