Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support promotional initiatives, customer outreach, lead generation, and sales activities. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, learning about products and services, and building practical experience in marketing and customer engagement. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day promotional and marketing activities. Engage with prospective customers during in-person promotional activities. Learn about customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building initiatives. Help organize promotional materials, displays, and event resources. Maintain accurate information regarding customer interactions and activities. Support product presentations and customer questions. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Work collaboratively with the team to support marketing and sales objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, energetic, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
