Business Analysts

Immediate need for a talented Business Analysts. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Torrance, CA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $40/hr - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Assess current processes and suggest optimal solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain and manage detailed documentation including business processes, workflows, and project deliverables.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables.
• Identify challenges, anticipate risks, and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them.
• Partner with IT teams to implement and test business solutions ensuring proper functionality.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Key skills: "Automotive", "Supply Chain", SQL
• Must-have skills: Requirement elicitation, Business process analysis, Critical thinking and excellent communication skills, Documentation (scope, requirement traceability, test case creation, test result verification, etc.), Stakeholder management
• Each must-have skill requires 7+ years of experience.
• The required education for this position is a bachelor's degree.
• The work location is Torrance, CA 90503.
• The role is Hybrid, with 4 days per week in the office.
• This role does not require a vaccination mandate.
• The resource must be local.
• There are no visa restrictions for this role.
• The client will not pay for travel and expenses.
• Industry experience is required for this role.
• The nice-to-have skills are: Automotive industry knowledge, Data analysis and visualization, Basic SQL and program analysis skills
