Customer Service Representative – Retail & Events (Training Provided)

Location: Metairie, LA, US
Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level to Mid-Level

About the Role

Are you outgoing, driven, and ready to grow into a leadership role?
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding retail and event marketing team in Philadelphia. You’ll represent leading consumer brands at live events, pop-ups, and retail activations — helping create memorable customer experiences while building your own career in sales and leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on experience that leads to advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Represent top brands at live events and retail activations
Engage customers to drive awareness, product engagement, and sales
Deliver confident, compelling brand presentations
Assist with event setup, visual merchandising, and demonstrations
Support new hires and step into team leadership opportunities
Track results and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to hit goals

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and lead
Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed (based on events)
Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
