Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business growth. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client accounts by providing excellent customer service.
- Develop long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Assist in resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
- Prepare reports and updates on account status and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
