Recruiting Manager

As a player-coach, the full-time remote Recruiting Manager will own and drive hiring across key parts of the non-clinical care teams, leading a team of recruiters while actively participating in the execution of critical roles. Key responsibilities Own hiring outcomes for assigned areas, focusing on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire Manage and develop a team of recruiters and contractors, providing coaching and support for strong execution Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles and drive efficient hiring processes, while utilizing data to monitor performance and identify gaps Required qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle hiring in high-growth environments Prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters, with a track record of improving team performance Experience hiring for operations or customer-facing roles at scale Strong ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in fast-paced environments Comfortable using data and metrics to manage pipeline health and drive outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
